I actually listened to his sister's stories first and then of course I had to listen to their brother's story because he was in those and I wanted to know how him and his wife got together I wasn't expecting what I got but it was an awesome story he obviously was in love with her from day one years ago even though he had pushed her away it's a great story on how they got together I will say that tour and CJ Bloom did an excellent job with their acting it was spectacular how they brought these two characters to life

I’ve been curious about Lauren’s story since the very beginning of the Boston Rebels series, which I read first — and On the Line delivered everything I hoped for and more.

Lauren’s strength is undeniable throughout this book. She’s a fighter in every sense, and watching her navigate love, grief, and vulnerability made me love her even more. Jameson was the perfect counterpart — silent support when she needed it, but always protective, patient, and determined. His love wasn’t loud, but you felt it in every moment. He showed up for her in all the ways that mattered.

This was a beautiful, emotional second chance romance, especially poignant after loss. Julia Connors captured the heartache, the healing, and the slow rebuilding of trust in such a genuine way.

🎧 Narration: Absolute perfection. CJ Bloom and Tor Thom continue to be one of my favorite duos — their performances bring these characters to life with so much emotion and authenticity. Every beat landed exactly as it should.
