This is awesome guide.

Relationships can be one of the most satisfying experiences on earth. But they may also
be ground for fears and critical thoughts. I don't know about you-but every relationship
has its issues.

This book was a real eye-opener.

For someone who deals with anxiety daily, i needed a reality check. This book has helped me understand that it is not my partner who should be understanding of my anxiety and walk on eggshells around me, it is my also my job to learn triggers and control my anxiety

Good book to help understand yourself

This book helped me realize a lot about myself and how I am in relationships. While I’m currently single, I’ve been reading this and I’ve started to learn more of myself and my past and I’m learning to be a little more free.
