Informative and life changing!
This is a great book! Understanding the problem is the first step toward changing it. This book explains the reason behind anxious attachment and also teaches you how to attached securely so you can have great relationships with people you care deeply about. I love how this book also offers you so many tips and exercises to help you establish a new healthy habit. Get this book because it is so informative and life-changing!

Kick Anxiety to the Curb!
If you have been battling with anxiety, depression, or sadness, this is the audiobook for you! When I was listening to this audiobook, I felt so much more empowered and had a more positive outlook on my own circumstances. I too, have dealt with anxiety disorder and this audiobook drives home the good points to help beat anxiety!

Fantastic!
This book helps you understand yourself better and helps you become a better version of yourself. I don't think people are aware of this topic enough, and to be fair is hard to admit that your relationships don't work well because of you!
