This is so helpful
I finally figured it out why I behave the way I behaved!!! This book really helped me step by step with dealing with my inner issues and how I can improve myself for better. This book is not only helping me to heal myself and also teaching me how I can work on better relationships with my children.

5 stars from a recovering codependant!
I have been dealing with codependency issues for so many years, I honestly never thought I'd feel free. This book was a very very helpful step in my recovery process. I have also gone to therapy and read other books as well, but I gained a lot of very valuable information from this book that has truly helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm so grateful for this author for sharing their knowledge. Highly recommend.

Very insightful !
I really enjoyed listening to this book. As a young female who struggled with self-esteem issues for a large portion of my life, low self-esteem naturally affected my relationships with people. This book helps you identify habits and cycles in your life (and others) that if not identified could be very destructive. I would have loved to come across this book when I was younger and would suggest all young adults today, give it a listen to help stay in control of their lives.
