Much needed
This book might be a harsh reality check for most, bit it is the truth that needs to be told. Many people set themselves up to get hurt, but this audiobook helps you avoid unhealthy relationships while showing you a good example of a healthy relationship.

A true life savor - loved this book!
I was so happy with this book I listed through it twice!
The tools and tips that are discussed are immensely effective and easy to apply to daily life to finally break free of toxic relationship habits that stem from attachment issues. Super unique content that I have never come across anywhere else, online or otherwise.
The narration quality is also top-notch which makes the book even more engaging to listen through. Overall I am super satisfied and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their relationship style.

Totally New Light!

A great book
This is a very good book. I learned a lot about why I act certain ways at different times. It also helped me to understand people around me and why they behave the way they do. The book dwells more into psychological aspects. The good thing I realized is that I am not alone other people also have similar struggles as a result of their past or childhood experiences.

Really Hit Home for me
As I was listening to this book, I realized that most of the points that were being discussed really hit home for me. It made me realize that I had been living under a shroud and needed to remove myself from under the blanket I had cloaked myself in for so long. It allowed me to find ways to start taking risks that allowed growth and learn from my past I had not been able to before. I recommend this book to anyone who wants love but doesn't know why they can't find it. It may show you the blanket you're hiding under, so you cant remove it.

Innovative Book!
Just when you thought you knew it all reading Dale Carnegie! This book draws on attschment theory and cultivating those very important relationships. I have tried it and I know that it works for a fact. It also helps to alleviate anxiety as it pertains to relationships.

Basic learning of Avoidant Attachment!
I enjoyed the different teaching styles of Avoidant Attachment from scientific studies to examples to understand how it affects others. The end was amazing to hear all the benefits that can come from overcoming it! A must-read for everyone!
