My absolute favorite tool
All of this is done by Richard Bass with wonderful compassion and without the use of jargon that I've found to exacerbate anxiety in previous books I've read on the subject. A few of the tools have already been utilized by me with my own clientele. The portions on maintaining motivation for school while overcoming melancholy and building optimism about school are already notably successful.

You may alter the questions for younger children and utilize these for both groups and individuals, depending on the diagnosis. I also appreciate how diverse the themes are.
