So much information
I got this book because my son was always quiet, fidgeting and didn’t want to socialize much. He seemed distant most of the time and only wanted to be home. That was worrying me. After listening to this audiobook I found the reason why he is like that thanks to the strategies given. Now I am implementing everything to help him overcome his anxiety and be more confident. I love the self regulation guide because he now knows when something is triggering his emotions and how to reverse it.

Two great audio books in one
There is so much valuable information in this bundle. Mental health is important, especially for kids growing up to become young adults. This guide goes through many tips on how to overcome social anxiety and how to work on yourself to become more confident. I recommend this guide.

Helpful Book
This Audiobook would such be a huge help for me and my child, he's currently in Kindergarten and sometimes I admit it I can't fully understand his mood and I often get annoyed by what he's acting. But know I got enlightened that instead of scolding them I need to understand his situation maybe he's frustrated or what and I don't wanna make him overwhelmed instead I'm gonna help him deal with what his going through. Great Job!!
