LOOOOOOONG breaks

The book is amazing however they put a ten minute break after everything. However everything else is great

A great workbook in Audio

I always wondered after reading the book how would this be conveyed in audio. I was pleasantly surprised how well it went. The narrator's voice is soothing and I would highly suggest group counselors implement this audio book into its group counseling sessions. it says it's a workbook for teens, however the skills developed are equally beneficial for adults. I would recommend both the book and audiobook be used as a pair.

Amazing

I was able to utilize this audible book in session with a client. I am a licensed therapist and certified in DBT. I wanted to try something more interactive with my teenage clients and they absolutely love this! The individual I tried this with is 15 (in case anyone is thinking older teens will not enjoy this workbook)

A five star worthy workbook!

Teen Thrive created a great masterpiece in this DBT skills workbook. I am new to this topic, and after listening to this audiobook, I learned so much from this informative book. The narration made it easy to understand, and this can easily compliment counselors, therapists, and parents during sessions with teens or adults. If you have depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and other arrays of mood-wrecking disorders, do not hesitate to save yourself and buy this audiobook. Make the best of it and perform all the exercises, programs, and take all the time to complete each chapter. Teen Thrive has genuinely done an excellent service to teens and adults who feel there is no way out or feel damaged forever. There is light at the end of the tunnel! I highly recommend it.

Incredibly Detailed

Being a teenager was extremely tough and I have to say parents do not always understand exactly what you are feeling and how to deal with it. This book will help a teenager learn about themself and handle this challenging time. The book has anecdotes, worked examples, and interactive aspects so it goes into incredible detail and lengths to make sure the reader comes away confident with how to handle a huge variety of situations and emotions. highly recommended for parents with teenagers.

Very useful book for teens!

I was very curious about this book in the beginning because of the title. A workbook in the form of an audiobook? But Teen Thrive made it work and provided all teens and their parents with a very cool workbook that will help them get some traction on accepting themselves.

It's not always easy for teens to thrive in this busy and demanding world. This book shows them how to cope with certain situations and teaches them life skills.

I love the interaction part of the book, makes it a fun listen and a very useful tool.
