Good info, awful narration.

The narrator sounded like an AI script reader. The information was good and very helpful for someone who is addicted to screens, like me.

This book is PURE MAGIC!

This book is such a RUDE AWAKENING for me. Having a 7-year old and a 10-year old with phones that their mom gave to them, I see the impact that screens are having on them.

Thanks to this powerful book I am now clear that screen over-use and screen addiction is VERY VERY real, and deeply damaging.

This is a MUST READ BOOK for all of us that have phones and work on PCs and have children with phones.
