Publisher's summary

A lot has been written on mental health. Yet, a lot is still undiscovered and unexplored as a part of our global approach to mental illnesses. For quite a long time, we have aimed for flying cars, yet no one fundamentally aspires for a world where mental peace and sustenance remain accurate reflections of our progress in science and technology.

This book directly refers to emotions, one of the pillars in depressive symptoms. Depression is a complex subject, and we will learn how to approach it. Facts and information relating to depression must have scientific or clinical validation. This book aims to bring forward clinical insights, key facts, research-backed behavioral patterns, and therapies that have been useful in fighting depression, anxiety, and alike. It primarily draws an overarching analysis of an individual’s emotional state, how emotions work, emotional patterns, theory, and analysis of emotional intelligence, growing emotional intelligence quotient, emotional learning, and guided techniques to manage emotions.

Furthermore, this book will highlight the factor - depression hates a moving target. It brings about cathartic ideas and how individuals battling depression can overcome their symptoms by increasing action in life, which anchors their mental state towards aspects of life that matter. It will also highlight the commercial use of emotion and personalization.

Bringing futuristic reference of emotional intelligence in design, marketing, business, we outline emotions and their ubiquity in our lives. As emotional intelligent design and personal content are successful, it allows consumers to relate more and grow a sense of belonging toward a brand or business. The advent of mental health and its awareness has transformed business practices, pushing brands to humanize more.

We have a long fight, and we are in this together.

For a More Peaceful Existence

I have recently noticed a change in my emotional life. I am no longer at the mercy of other people's wills. I am a calm sea without a cloud in the sky. I do not feel any negative emotions currently. It is like I have some new control over my emotions. I think it may have something to do with trusting God in difficult times. God can give you peace.

But needless to say, learning to control your emotions can take years but it is a worthy goal if you want peace of mind in the long term. Imagine no longer feeling anger, sadness, or fear – but instead feeling happiness and joy and a deep sense of calm.

This humanization of communication strategies is a reality that today we can verify simply by contemplating any advertising spot, where more and more we find brands that seek identification with a series of global values. Love this audio-book,

Well narrated, personal, practical!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book on multiple levels. R. Breton synthesizes important concepts in psychology, practical life advice, and personal experience with flowing language throughout this book. Her lessons on Emotional Design & Emotional Agility, showing up and labeling your emotions, and understanding how to unhook yourself to change your perspective on different situations are immediately practical in a wide range of environments. I find myself labeling what is running through my mind more often than ever, which has allowed me to make better decisions in relationships, both personal and professional.

Source of Healthy Thoughts

Having ups and downs in a society like the current one is the norm. It would be strange if we didn't have them. However, it emphasizes the importance of not confusing between transitory states, which all people go through, and the diagnosis of depression. Listening to it will improve your self-talk and your relationship with other people.

A great book to start becoming a better person

This book is a great starting point if you want to be a better employee, leader, friend, and romantic partner. You may be amazed at how low your score is in the beginning, but the online program that comes with it offers great support on your journey to be a better person. It’s not going to be the sole thing that gets you there. You’ll still need to find other resources if you want to keep growing. But this book makes it easier to set a baseline so you’ll be able to measure your growth.

Really good beginners guide.

With systematic desensitization, the feared situation is gradually faced, first in the company, and driving the distance until facing it directly. "Fear is my most faithful companion. This is an amazing audio-book! Definitely will change your point of view and give you exercises on how to change patterns also.
