Good basics for someone who's new to this concept
I didn't find anything new in this author's concept. It would be a more compelling message with less talk about her own journey and more about where we can all go to change our mindset. If given the choice between Brené Brown and Naz Beheshti, I prefer Brené

Enlightening blend of experience and perspective
This book was remarkable in a myriad of ways, from its ease of listening to the summaries provided, second only to the content and lessons to learn thru the eyes of Naz. My only wish was that I had come across this easy to absorb book prior to living thru and experiencing the full impact of caregiver burnout, and its ultimate consequences professionally.
