Just what the doctor ordered!

I tend to overexert and take care of everyone around me so I decided to listen to this audiobook to take care of myself. I especially liked the tips at the end to help with self love and self acceptance, which is a thing now that I am getting older. I am learning how to love myself in my new older body in a society that seemingly gives more attention to youth.

Short and to the point!

I love short audiobooks! They are short and sweet and this book is not an exception!

It is a message to women to empower and love themselves. The book talks about different types of self-development, self-esteem and the benefits of self-love.
I enjoyed listening to the book, but particularly to the chapter (being your best self). Of course the message about (no one is perfect and being a perfectionist) is a nice reminder that I need on a daily basis!
