A Informative book

I've already received more than my monies worth. It's a book that's hard to put down.

The author, Robert Moore, is BRILLIANT! He explains each concept using easy to understand language, backs it up by citing the research & source and then uses the same methods on the ensuring.

A great dealing book


The book is very informative and presents a good starting point on improving a person's interaction with others in terms of persuasion. The book could use a few more examples and secrets techniques could be lengthened, but overall it's a very essential and informative book.
