Terrible.. her best advice: just see how stupid you’re acting and do something different.
What the actual f is this? I am 30 minutes into this book and she has already said to stop acting stupid twice. Are you kidding? Phobias aren’t caused by stupidity. They are usually manifestations of a disregulated nervous system. Sometimes secondary to trauma, PTSD or even illness. She mentions nothing of this. She is no expert and spoke nothing of this. All she did was define some different phobias and day that those with phobias are wasting their energy and avoiding their life’s purpose. Wow, you don’t think everyone with any kind of phobia already feels this way? Awful, waste of money. Also the narration is awful with weird, random pauses. Almost sounds like AI. Pass on this one!!!!!!
