Content is great. Wish narrators voice was less sc
This book is great. Extremely thorough in a treatment of anxiety issues.
Narrators voice can be a bit unpleasant to listen to, kinda scratchy sounding like a frog...that said the content makes it worth bearing with.
Highly recommend this for help solving anxiety problems w sustained effort.
