Should be required reading

I’ve listened to a number of of the authors books, something like at least two other books that she’s written and so far this was the best one I’ve read from her. It’s Highly recommended. I really enjoyed this book but I would recommend her in general. She’s turning out to be quite the self-help guru.

Why is this book even published?

My positive thinking about this book: there are A LOT BETTER books out there. The book presents many high level diagnosis of our daily life, but is not useful as a guide to actually take action. The suggestions recommended in the book basically ask the reader to be a saint, suppressing all negative feelings. It is not much different a from a book teaching people how to be healthy: eat more vegetable and fruit and exercise regularly, how succinct.
