If you’re pregnant, get this!!!
This audio book is fantastic! I love the yoga sequences. They were easy to follow, had relaxing music, and really made me feel so great during my pregnancy. Also, the positive affirmations were unexpectedly useful. I ended up having a really fabulous delivery & I attribute a lot of that to yoga and affirmations! MUST GET FOR PREGNANT MAMAS!

Critical tool for pregnancy
I recently discovered the benefits of yoga and applying this practice to pregnancy is key! This audio book not only steps you through helpful sequences, but it also puts you in the right frame of mind with affirmations. These affirmations are great to focus on as you progress through the sequences. Calm your pregnancy body and your pregnancy mind with one audio book!

Covering all your bases!
Keeping your mind and body in good health is, of course, the most important thing when pregnant. This book does a great job at covering a full routine from your fitness to your mindset, and everything in between. Its structures well and makes it easy for you to focus on yourself and not be frantic about all the things to keep track of while pregnant.

Prenatal Yoga
I really enjoyed the 3 different yoga sequences presented. I have wanted to try yoga for awhile, but haven’t ever done it before so I have been hesitant to go to a live class. Following the directions was straight forward! I downloaded the pose guide handout & reviewed it before I got started! It was such a great help & then the audio directions were so clear, I didn’t have any trouble at all. I enjoyed this book & look forward to downloading the others! I would highly recommend it to anybody that is considering trying prenatal yoga!

A done-for-you yoga execises
In this audiobook, the author takes the listener through three different yoga sessions. It is structured in a way that one can listen to it several times and repeat the exercises. The instructions are easy to follow and I don’t think they are too hard to adapt to, either. One can easily squeeze in at least one prenatal yoga session each week. That makes life easier, right? A done-for-you exercise to follow. We all know that exercise is good for everyone, and I also think it is good for the mother and baby. I like the fact that the audiobook is simple to use and that it takes its listeners from pose to pose in such a way that is easy for everyone; even a beginner will follow along. I think the author did her research before putting this together. I will recommend it.

My wife loved it
Having practised yoga for years I was looking at something my wife could use while she was pregnant and the audible does really well at explaining everything so you feel comfortable and confident. My wife found the positive affirmations to really improve her mood as well and found comfort in working through this audible. Would highly recommend it.

Best thing my wife did!
I didn't think yoga could be taught through an audiobook, but this author went above and beyond. My wife has never done yoga before and easily followed along. This was her favorite way to keep her body moving throughout her pregnancy. I’m glad she found something to help her feel better and more connected with her body. Highly recommend!
