I didn’t know yoga could be this simple

I had never tried yoga, but it seemed like something that would be really difficult. I always thought you had to already be really flexible to do yoga. But it turns out, you don’t. I’m not in terrible shape, but I’m also not in really great shape either and I was able to do the things in this book. And it surprised me that it was actually fun.

Recommend this to all seniors

Fitness for everyone, regardless of age, is so important. I vetted this book for my mom as I'm hoping to get her more active and we both loved it! Thank you for giving her concrete yoga poses that are age appropriate. She is actually using them frequently and is doing great.

Easy and enjoyable.

I have always loved fitness, but it gets harder as you get older, and this audiobook was just what I needed. The section on pain relief positions is detailed, and they really do work. I also liked how the author incorporated meditation. I can already feel the difference with just a few minutes a day.

Well Audibled by Lynnda, Jackie covers a lot of ground at over 3hrs+. Stretching flow (chair yoga), Equipment and other essentials,Positions and morning wake-up recieves the second most attention after the Mindset development section. Stay active as a Senior !
