Which is why I wanted this. Haven't lost any sleep, but the music and voice of the artist(vocalist?) is calm and calming and goes on so if I wake even a lil while this is playing, I fall back asleep to keep going to deeper rem which takes me forever. Without this I normally toss and turn and never get to rem or deep sleep. I'd give full stars if I'd noticed any other of my habits that this is supposed to help with change (after a while the suggestions turn to getting you to eat better and living healthier), but so far the only unnatural change of habits is craving I've got is for pho from a place that isn't even my favorite place for it. Maybe in a future version be a little more specific for the habits? Like suggest fruits and veggies? Encourage exercise? idk?

But it just is! I've tried so many other methods to lose some weight but I can only, explain that it just works. I'm able to fast up to 19 hours sometimes and still only eat small portions. I'm enjoying these slow but steady results.
