Straight Forward , Needed, and Helpful

This book was just what I needed to move forward. I like how simple and clear it is, and I really appreciate that the author doesn’t push their beliefs on you — but instead guides you to figure things out for yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this book for anyone grew up height of the culture movement.

Dr.CM separates the good aspects of the culture of purity from the twisted "purity culture" = "Not damaged goods"

I appreciate her efforts to untangle this subject of recovering from "purity culture" that has devastated many. I am certain those who have been abused or settled for abusive relationships due to feeling "damaged goods" will feel validated that they are precious.
