Quick and worthwhile listen

I was a little concerned when I first started to listen because I felt like the author did not think medicine for anxiety was a good idea at all. However, he address medication further in the book and talks about how it can be helpful in your healing process. Very helpful advice and practical steps for dealing with your anxiety.
You can finish listening in one day and start putting the steps in place to give you some relief.

Extremely Helpful!

This was an excellent fast read shedding light on the misnomers of anxiety and explaining its true meaning. John explains how anxiety is an alarm signaling a deeper root and then gives short term and long term action items to turn down the alarm. Fantastic!

Amazing short read

I love how the author read his book. It was very interesting and the passion in the authors voice made this book super powerful. I have recommended the audible to many people.
