The Bible and Own Your Past Change Your Future is all you need!
Energetic and Engaging this is a great resource for all. Virtual communication is not a substitute for real connection, that we all crave for survival and to thrive. Yes, despite our histories it is via our human relationships that we can heal and become who we are meant to be. People need people! Loneliness is one of the great Heath crises of our time. Delony proposes we have the power and he presents skills to overcome it. I loved this book !!

Moving forward better and different
I love that the author recorded this book. his stories and care for others was felt through the emotion of his words.This was a difficult book to listen to because some of the thought experiments needed time to consider. I almost stopped listening because it was a deep dive in my past that I was holding on to and shouldn't have. Since starting this book I have recommended it to many many people. anyone who is ready to "clean house" and finally move forward is ready for this book.
Thank you for taking the time to write this book to help us all see our lives from a different perspective and make a much better future for ourselves.

Great Listen
So I listen to Dr. Delony regularly on his podcast so i already feel familiar with him. I really enjoyed this book and its not always fun to look inside yourself and try and improve but I think for me its necessary to keep on truckin!
