One of the best books I’ve read in my life
This is one of the best books I’ve read of all time. It is difficult to describe all the reasons why in one review. Just read it. It will change your life. I’m not sure why the lesser reviews say it’s dumbed down or a simple read. It’s far from that and anyone who is on the search for transformational and powerful insights into life that can have impacts of a lifetime (and for generations to come … this is the book for you). Common sense action steps...
Although many self-help materials repeat information, if we were taking the recommended actions, we wouldn't be reading more materials! There are times we need the information presented in a different way to have an "Aha" breakthrough and Dr. Doloney really puts plain action steps in place with this book. He presents the reasons why we fail and how to re-think our strategies for success. I highly recommend this book!

On psychology and self help and this one sums up and reaffirms many topics I have read on regarding the human mind and how it affects your characteristics and actions/reactions.
