About this listen

Most of us want to have great health, more energy, a better night of sleep, to be happier, look good, and feel our best. But many of us are not as healthy and robust as we could be.

What would happen if you knew with 100 percent certainty that you could feel your best? No second guessing, no going back, but a true belief that there is a sustainable and enjoyable path to that goal.

This audiobook is a resource to help you navigate what you need to know to take care of your greatest asset—your health! What makes this book unique is the balanced approach to building your foundational pillars of health—by how you rest, eat, and move! Your journey to becoming your best self is about to begin—so buckle up and enjoy the ride. Here’s to a lifetime of health and happiness!

Great book

Could have been at least 1/2 as long. Doesn't include significant references to metabolic processes described. No doubt for some this lifestyle will be very healthy.

Interesting but repetitive

CJ is right on. It’s about the journey. As a person inflicted with Parkinson’s for almost 10 years, I can say that learning to rest, eating properly and living a life of moving has been revolutionary to say the least. I cannot sing his praises enough and this book is the result of his research, documented studies and sound advice in a world that tells me the opposite. Thanks Chris. Well said.
