An absolute must realize all Vegans!
I've been a vegan for 12 years and had incredible success. Unfortunately, I have had highs and lows and recently hit a horrible low. I hadn't heard a thing about bulletproof coffee so I said what the heck! OMG! what a gift this book/journey has been. if you are a vegan, you owe it to yourself to at least listen!

Get Strong Stay Strong, Heal
Would you listen to The Bulletproof Diet again? Why?
I'm 40 yrs old recovering from BII (breast implant illness) for about 1.5 yrs post explantation. I've experienced ultimate lows, the ones where I'm not sure I want to live. My two young children, now 5&7, were the reason I got up everyday and took my next breath. (Although I love my husband, he'd been fine without me). I haven't felt this full of life since I got implants in Nov 2014. My poor body was put under extreme stress from toxins. I hadn't figured it was my implants until 13 months after they were introduced into my small body. I've really struggled finding a way to health. But I'm telling anyone who takes the time to read my review and may be in any shape I was in, "there's so much ahead of you". Make the changes and live your life full of energy and joy. You have to make it happen, this book will help you learn. Best wishes, get strong stay strong!

I wish I had found this information earlier
I have been so impressed with this book that whenever I go to use bookstores or garage sales I buy copies of it to give to people who might benefit from it. Thank you Dave.
