Marketing and high-level investing advice

This is a short book that offers some high-level general knowledge about real estate investing, emphases the importance of leverage, along with some worthwhile items to consider (e.g., CPAs, PMs, etc.), and highlights some mistakes the author made along the way. The book has some light promotions for the author's business, which tailors to investors.

A true guide to know what you need to get started

I always wanted to know how to get into real estate. Years ago I’ve read Kiyosaki’s RDPD, and Cashflow Quadrant. I’ve attended various local seminars, workshops, etc. all felt like they were selling a course of some kind, paid mentorship that were all expensive and you would spend a fortune before you get to know what you need to know. While Kathy’s book is very comprehensive, gives you advantages and disadvantages, pitfalls to avoid, tips to look out for. And most importantly where to go and what to look out for.

An up to date real estate resource for the 2020s.

About 2 weeks ago I opened up my Audible app to purchase new content and the suggested reads for me included both Richard & Kathy Fettke amongst others. What gained my attention first was their - Richard & Kathy's - connection with Robert Kiyosaki and Rich Dad Advisors, one of the first resource networks concerning money and wealth creation that I began listening to in my early 20s. In this book Kathy Fettke gives the successful mental routine of why & how real estate empowers people in both money & time while chronicling the economic disruption of 2006 - 2009 and covering the present 2019 - future 2024 forecast of real estate and economy.

In anything, with time you gain confidence. Like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady assessing the situation and versed enough to audible " #Omaha " as a quarterback of a football 🏈 team, Kathy Fettke shares how she developed her ability to explain how to get started in real estate and how to gather help to be successful in real estate. The why of Kathy Fettke to produce for her family and the occupation which led her to teach resources on real estate are unique. Health and long satisfied life of her husband Richard were concerns that drove Kathy to find a way to keep family life well and flourishing.

Having a career in talk radio and as an on air contributor - to subjects that were not originally real estate or economics related - was fun to Kathy Fettke. What was fun blossomed into knowledge on real estate and economy and a leap into licensure in a real estate profession. As her experience, production, and success grew in real estate Kathy became a voice helping people: get finances in order to buy real estate, to protect their money and buy in a wise manner that doesn't include surprise debts and liens, use real estate rental income to supplement their income, consult tax and accounting help to keep good records and add to peace, how to get professional property management.
