Enlightening

All EMDR therapists need to hear how to prepare their clients to process trauma. These techniques and insights provide a a safer approach to trauma and addiction healing, while reminding the therapist to approach the client from a “what do you need?”, perspective and avoid the pitfall of traumatizing them further.
