Beneficial for Everyone!
Anyone who had a childhood belongs reading this book whether it was healthy or unhealthy. It seems the content contains all the latest breaking research as well as the foundations of Psychology and Mind+Body Wellness written in a format that the listener/reader can readily grasp and then make practical application of. Boundaries are clearly explained as well as how to set them. Very Valuable information for anyone looking to improve themselves and their relationships.

Heart, Eyes and Soul were opened!
This book was suggested to me by my therapist and I begrudgingly agreed to listen to it. I JUST finished it and will start it again tomorrow because there is just SO much to unpack here. I promise that this book will open your eyes to things you never even thought could be holding you back from being your authentic self. Bravo Dr. LePera….thank you for being brave enough to share your story and bring so much insight to others.

Overall good information but
Sometimes the author went way too far with the personal anecdotes, even naming an ex girlfriend who cheated on her with a mutual friend. Also that her sister shared something told in confidence with family members. This book has helpful information and practices but I can’t help but wonder if the author was being petty in the name of “healing” as a means to humiliate people who hurt her.

Highly recommended
I really enjoyed listening to this book because of the combination of practical advice mixed with science backed info. I've read and listened to a lot of self healing books and this is one that I actually finished instead of stopping half or three quarters of the way through. I also very much enjoy Dr. Nicole's TikToks that clearly show the impact of parenting with emotional immaturity... which always encourages me to continue on my healing journey, not only for my relationship with myself, but my relationships with my children and all others really. Great book!

Real therapeutic work!
I've been following Nichole's work on YouTube. She articulated so well the truth of what this work looks like. As a therapist, this will be a recommended reading for my clients.

Packed with goodness
Definitely going to have to go back through and listen again to this golden goodness. It’s packed FULL of helpful tips and insight, I already know I missed some during the first listen through.
