About this listen
With many challenges, trials, and tribulations riddling their path, Asterios and the girls successfully made it through the realm of valkyrjas and reached the Descending Spire's final floor. The task to pierce the inverted tower's defenses was an arduous one but provided them with some great revelations about Ast's past and his true identity. At the same time, Bryn discovered something new too. Now, with their main goal secured, they have a lot to think about before returning home...
But are they going to finally find a moment of respite after doing so? Is everything alright back in Glimmervale? There's only one way to check and our adventurous party certainly isn't going to shy away from more trouble, be it from new or old friends and foes.
With how much they had learned during their expedition, they certainly have many options to explore.

Story
Arden was left in the village by a dying mage, who never returned. With no way out of the village on his own, he had always held onto the hope that one day his magic would awaken and give him access to his spheres. But he’s about to turn eighteen and it’s never come. Instead, he’s settled into his lot as a sarcastic and quick-witted innkeeper. That all changes one night when his old flame, who escaped the village to become a mage’s anchor, returns. Ard’s life is about to go through some dramatic changes, and he’s not ready for them.

Story
John Doc Henry had been on the shortest, crappiest end of the stick since the first day of his life; no parents, bad foster parents, and abysmal luck at every turn. The day his life changed started out exactly like he had come to expect. His car died on a rarely traveled road, and he broke his toe shortly after dodging the one other car on the road. When it stopped and backed up to him, the license plate read “LADYLUK”, adding insult to injury.

Story
I expected aging out of the foster care system to be hard. I wasn't expecting it to include finding out I was a Warlock, destined to be hunted by the most powerful Witch Families so they could bind me to a coven of thirteen witches and spend the rest of my life "harvesting mana". Add to that a set of magical resonants that made me an even bigger target to some of those Witch Families, some of which would rather kill me than let a rival get me.

Story
Have you ever felt like there was something inside of you pushing your actions? A dormant beast, so to speak. I know it sounds crazy. But, that’s the best way I could describe how I’ve felt for a long time. I thought it was normal, some animal part of the human brain that lingered from evolution. But, this is the story of how I learned I wasn’t exactly human, and there was a world underneath our own where all the things that go bump in the night live. And, that my beast was very real indeed.

In a world where magic is real, Alex is about to learn that being shot in the head was only the beginning. God has given him a choice: to take the life of the person meant to die that day and forget who he was, or to keep being Alex and transition to a world of magic where God would give him the tools to survive. Alex, an avid fan of fantasy, chooses the latter and is thrown through a black portal into a world he never could have imagined.

Story
I’ve always wanted to conquer the Big 5 dungeons ever since one of them took the life of my father nearly fifteen years ago. Nobody ever said the Path of Progression was easy, but my burning desire to dive can’t be quenched. I just never thought I’d be prohibited from getting a diving license just because I tried to help a bratty blonde girl get hers. Soon, we’re joined by a lovely brunette bookworm, and we start diving the dungeon on our own terms.

Logan Morrison always fought for everything he had, but it never was much. Growing up truly alone did that to you. One day, when taking on an extra tutoring gig to help out a cute chick with a quirky name, she ends up bringing him back to her place. Cool, right? Well, the next morning, Logan wakes up in chains and comes to learn that Cherry Cola is one beautiful and unhinged monster girl member out of three in a small Fresco City witch coven. Their plans for him? Servitude.

Story
The Revelation: A name given to an event that, five years ago, changed the world forever. In a single day, humanity discovered that not only were they not alone, but they were not exactly at the top of the food chain. Living in the shadows for millennia, supernaturals now had no choice but to finally come into the light. Because of the fury of a mad god, humans and supernaturals now had to learn to coexist side by side for the first time in living memory. With the revelation that magic was not only real but far more common than fairy tales led them to believe, a new society had to be born.

Keeping his head up and moving forward was what Koda Burke was best at. After having to emancipate himself as a teen and find his own way at a young age, it became part of who he was. The most important part, or so he thought. Until that the faithful day that chance aligned with fate, and his true worth lay revealed when he met with a dying goddess, someone who had lost hope and all but given up until she felt the call from across the void between dimensions.

the overall story is great and interesting
the characters are well fleshed out, there are elements you hear early on that catch up later in the series. It was is a well thought out series of books and I'm a huge fan.

Twists, turns and puppy dog tails!
Waiting until the next one sucks, but this book did not. I'd love to see the introduction of the fore mentioned puppy dog, just like the Demon Girl.

So glad there's more!
This series has been so much fun to experience, I'm glad this isn't the last book.
Really looking forward to the next one.
Pretty sure dragon nature is going to play a BIG roll in the next book, because it played a significant part in this one.
Author needs to stop playing with the king's and the MC's mom's relationship 😤
Lots of great story here and just like the other books in the series, the spicy chapters are marked with a heart, so you can skip them if you want to.
This is one of the better lengthy HaremLit series out there.
I give this book 8 out of 5 stars.

descriptive relationship details
I didn't really dislike anything. I was a little surprised with the first book, but found I quite enjoyed the whole context of the story.

I love this series
Another great adventure just when I thought there couldn’t be any more good content.
No new major characters, but a lot of good and interesting supporting characters. Great adventure, great fights, and more room for this series to grow.

It just keeps getting better!!!
Wow!!! I had a blast with this newest addition to one of my favorite stories and cast of characters!
The main negative thought is just that it is over. This is probably the longest addition by far! So I am not complaining too much…
I hope that the next one will come soon!
We finally get to see the Elves and a lot more of their culture! Their traditions. Their history. And there is a depth within them that was an epic addition to the lore that Saileri gifted us with! And then there is an even bigger hint towards the end which raised the stakes of the eventual future than any other book previously… I love the Slice of Life flow that the author has remained consistent and deliberate… I am hoping that we don’t lose it. All these adventures go hand in hand with our MC and his ladies journey and desires. However, the clues adds a thrill and a sense of anticipation! So well done Saileri!
The power and skill progression for the characters remain constant for ALL of them! Which is a MAJOR aspect I pay attention to and I lose interest if the MC and maybe one or two ladies keeping up only slightly… There will be differences of course, but the gap(s) don’t need to be that wide or huge…
The characters and their relationship continue to grow even with all that they have on their plates. They still spend time together, making time for each other as a group and each lady, individually with Ast. And there isn’t too much sexual content, drowning out the story. Which is what is keeping me coming back for more!
A lot from this genre tend to fall behind in later books. The series is growing close to the most common ending for this genre but it is still going strong and fresh new material and lore are still keeping our attentions. I hope there will still be several more if Saileri can keep this pace up!
This series reminds me of both Bruce Sentar and Daniel Schinhofen. With Sentar’s longest being at nine and Schinhofen with the longest being eleven. I can see this series reaching that length while still feeding our cravings!
I don’t want to say anything more besides giving a nod to the narrators and their continued superb performances. And to thank Royal Guard for this opportunity!
