This is a fascinating book, written in narrative form that works pretty well. The concept is powerful but the narrative gets a bit cute at times. It's a book I'm going to need to re-read a couple of times for the concept to become "imprinted" into my thinking. The approach it suggests is applicable to companies, nonprofits and even individuals.

Being disciplined involves controlling your urges and impulses that will reflect in the way you speak, your attitude and emotions and your relationships with those around you. Excellent time management involves a change in focus from activities to results. Without failure success may only be as much as the vision you have when you go to bed at night. Recommended!

Boring, not worthy buying
Would you try another book from James Daugherty and/or Tom Taverna?
Definitely no. Before I bought, I found it's all 5 star comments and I really regretted I bought this one.
What could James Daugherty have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
It's nothing new to reader, it feels like it just put together something we already know and made into a book.

Don't like the narrator, the voice made me almost fall asleep
