A must have!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Confidence?
A must have for your library. Well written skilled hands on approach for dealing with people and getting to root cause of why we do what do. Skills which you can apply right away in every day personal and business situations and yes including dealing with those crazy neighbors. I have already seen a difference using these skills in my business, family life and in my bottom line working in sales.

Uplifting book..
The idea of this book is that, once completed, your outlook on business will change and your confidence level will rise. The author states that most women are competent or confident, but not both and the end goal is to change that. The book is broken up into the following four sections: Relationships, Reputation, Results and Resilience. All of these “R-words” are values that great leaders, in this case women leaders, should value and strive for. Throughout the book the author addresses each of these topics individually, however, they are all equally important and complement one another.
