About this listen

An ancient weapon. A tome of forbidden knowledge. A last, desperate hope to save an old friend.

Duncan, Kithani, and Vess have survived a gruesome battle, but the war against the Riven horde is far from over. Even bolstered by their new abilities, they are impossibly outnumbered. And as they struggle to unravel the mystery of the dark force threatening the land, they must confront a disturbing truth: that the very magic responsible for destroying the world may be the only chance to save it.

Soul Harvest is the second installment of the Dread Knight series, a post-apocalyptic epic fantasy harem with light gamelit elements inspired by the world’s oldest role-playing game (102,000 words, a little longer than the original!)

Fantastic story and VA’s

I loved everything about it. The relationship between the main 3 characters was perfect. Looking forward to the next book.

Exciting addition!

I love when the story continues in a series like you're just starting the next chapter.
Who the bad guys are is becoming more clear.
Looking forward to book 3.
I'm giving this book 7.5 out of 5 stars.

A fun adventure!

The story is deep, the VA’s are dedicated, and the spicy scenes are .. well.. SPICY 🌶️. My only issues are that for me personally there’s just too much lore. Too many places, customs, and words that the story makes you feel like you should already know. As if the story starts in the middle instead of the beginning. I feel like this book is one of those types that has a glossary or dictionary at the beginning or end for you to reference. Other than that I really like this story 😊

denial is a river in Egypt.

how can a man be so oblivious to his on abilities? and why do connections just seem to go over their dense little heads. great listen tho.

Dissapointed with this series

Not a huge fan of this series, loved the authors other stories, but the mc in this series is incredibly dissapointing. The way he is portraied he is the definition of clumsy in every fight, has to be saved by the other team mates 9/10 times, loosing his weapon over and over, being the underdog in every fight to the point where he just seems weak compared to an avrage human, and ofcourse the stupid trait that the MC cant get angry unless one of his romantic intrest is hurt or in danger is beyond annoying. The over all plot is great, but is overshadowed by the way the mc is portraied as the weakest link, which is becoming the normal for this genre, the reason i actually liked this author is because she seemed in her other series to make a balanced mc which was not the weak link, but not in this series :/
