An excellent book

Excellent, informative, realistic and helpful guide to dealing with stress and anxiety in life. Certainly helped me and a friend who recommended it to me in the first place. I definitely feel less stress, more relaxed and more capable.

Excellent!

A great guide which sincerely helped me deal with some stress and anxiety (and confidence) issues I had been having. Its nice to feel calmer and more collected and able to deal with life issues a bit better

Managing well

Managing well / a lot better with my stress.

Guide to stress management and anxiety.

Ok so I have only just completed this book so it is too early to say how the methods will work long term but I will say, having ready 7 or 8 books on the subject, this was the most complete stress and anxiety book I have read or heard, yet still very easy to understand. A solid and interesting take on stress management and overcoming and curing anxiety.

Very very good.

What made the experience of listening to Stress Management the most enjoyable?

Just the fact that it was so easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to implement. Contained a lot of very unique advice and tips.

What did you like best about this story?

Its not a story but what I liked best is the last half of the book as it contained so many different techniques and strategies.

Which character – as performed by Rachel Perry – was your favorite?

? Not that sort of book!

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Not one specific thing, more the fact that dealign with stress and anxiety CAN actually be beaten or at the very least lessened.

Everything in the book felt realistic. No stupid false promises here, just really good interesting and unique strategies and info. Thank you to the author for writing such a useful book.

Proven fast recovery

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I'd recommend this book to all my friends who are suffering from daily life stress and axiety. Life can be hundred times more beautiful if stress and anxiety is removed. Only then you can enjoy the real taste of life. Many of us are suffering from random anxieties. This book gives a confidence that these can be removed if one really wants to remove them.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Stress Management?

The thing it says that you " You don't have to have a tough job or 7 children to have stress" and it is exactly true. Personally I feel like I fell less stress if my job is of higher responsibility and I get less time of thinking about worries. Stress and anxiety can happen to anyone and anytime but thankfully it is something that can be recovered.

Have you listened to any of Rachel Perry’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not listened to any of Rachel Perry’s other performances before this one was very effective and I am really writing this from my heart. I will definitely listen their future books.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Many of you might have experienced that when you go to a doctor and doctor treats you in a very calm and nice manner, you feel 50% well at the same time. This book was same to me and I was feeling like someone is giving me hope about life and I can really live it by just little struggle. I listened this book in one sitting and have created notes that will help me for mental grooming.

Any additional comments?

I know how it feels when a person is suffering from stress or anxiety and it is really not easy. Personally I feel like if you find a way to trick and retrack your mind , you can recover from it easily.
