Small Agency Owner - Great Reminders
Really enjoyed hearing a different side of owning an agency. Specifically compared the usual image and lifestyle “gurus” sell to others.
My biggest takeaway is to not work with jerks. Have clear and concise conversations, and treat your people well.
Really enjoyed the book and it was such a good reminder to focus on your personal outcomes versus the rat race.
