Inspiring and educational
I always hesitate to read or watch anything on business, because it almost never fits what I do. I’m a solo entrepreneur and a service business, and most every book about entrepreneurship just wants to tell you how to hire people. So, when I realized that THIS book was really about what I was doing, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I am working on my website today and revamping my strategy and brand.

Badass is a kickass!
This book had me kicking my own ass for the betterment of me and my business. It gave me a different look at how I see myself and business offerings. These examples Pia describes of the pitfall most business have mirrored my experience. She then goes about giving tools to Badass my brand. I recommend this book to all business owners trying to see their brand grown and have the life they want.

Genius!
This book provides a totally new approach to running a small branding agency. This unconventional approach offers a new perspective moving you away from the default agency model that has you overworked + underpaid toward a "No B.S. business model" where you are no longer leaving money on the table!

Brand Advice, Motivation, and Marketing Tips!!!
I freaking loved this book!!! Pia provides ohhhh soooo many tips for small businesses who are struggling to create a distinguished brand. I picked up great ideas for marketing, creating new high value / low time products, and how to carve out a more specific niche for my offerings. Pia is entertaining and she freely shares her struggles, steps taken to rise, and where her business is today. This book is going straight to my "read again" pile!!! First, I'll take action on what I've learned, then dive back in to see what I missed.
I also love that Pia read the Audible version herself. The content really comes to life when the author reads their material.

Came back to this book and it's a hidden gem!
I listened to this book a few years back and since I had a product based business, it wasn't so fitting, but I knew it was gooood, filled with a bunch of nuggets of wisdom from a woman who has pushed through her boundaries. I love learning from people like Pia Silva. I now also own a service based business and came back to this book and with the guidance of this book, I am even more confident to lean in (away from being a me too brand) and continue the growth of my business. Thank you Pia!
