I realize how important is to make priority in our life what is the purpose or why I am doing and family always come first.

Practical stress management tools wrapped up in heartfelt stories
This book was helpful to me in so many ways. Dr. Robyne’s heartfelt stories made it feel personal, but still gave practical and meaningful strategies for managing stress. This was one of the easiest reads/listens I’ve experienced the personal development field. I giggled and even cried. Such a wonderful book! Thank you, Dr. Robyne for being so open and bringing so much love and acceptance to this field.
