The thing about this is it didn’t only discuss about sugar and food and the things I shouldn’t eat, but it also highlighted how powerful it is to change our habits when it comes to dealing with food. This is the naturally cleansing I’ve been looking for!

I haven’t reach 10 days yet but I am already beginning to feel amazing. This book is different from others because it does not promote extremely restricted eating. There are alternatives given, so we can still satisfy our sweet cravings but still lead a healthy lifestyle.

I didn’t found myself skimming the book as I did with the previous ones I got because I was bored. This is different. It’s not overdone and it gave me all the details I need to know about sugar and how destructive they can be. Now I can control my sweet cravings and I’m beginning to see some noticeable changes.
