An end to the pure poison: overeating!
Sad to say, what keeps me going is the fact that I think a lot about junk food many times a day and the thought that I can get to eat them in few hours gave me so much satisfaction. Until I began to notice it’s becoming more and more of an obsession already. I came here with the hopes that I’ll be able to cure it and I found ways-SIMPLE but POWERFUL ways in putting a stop to this pure poison.

Sounds promising!

Great book!
This book has really helped me to understand more about how sugar affects my body in adverse ways from heart disease to anxiety and even depression. I honestly never realized how many hidden sugars were in foods that I consume daily. The list of alternate names for sugars provided in this book is a great resource for those looking to cut down or remove sugar from their diet.

Eating healthy all day long and eating the right portion are no longer difficulties to me, since I found a two-in-one book! Solution to my problem.
I have just stumbled upon the formula to stop overeating and I thought I have to act fast in applying the principles I’ve just heard here. As weeks passes by, I feel like I’m gaining weight. And added to the fact that I’m always busy, I really have no time to go over the internet to look for answers or even apply on some diet programs. This audio book has been the solution to my problem!

It definitely worked for me!
This book was prescribed to me by a holistic mentor I was seeing. I acquired the 10-Day Detox Diet, read it completely and adored the sound science and standards behind the thoughts. Following the plans in the book, I prepared my cooler and wash room, obtained nutrient enhancements and fiber pills, decreased back on Dove dim chocolates , picked the day I would begin and bounced in.

Good bundle
I was provided this book free of charge for my opinion.
This is a good bundle. I was quite curious about the arguments how one can protect him/herself from overeating and to my surprise "Done with Binge" does provide quite a compelling story and protection scheme to fight binge eating. This book is definitely 5/5
What concerns "Sugar Detox Diet", I found a lot of very interesting information about the impact of sugar based products on our lives (you'll be surprised too, I suppose!). But since I'm not a cooking person, I found the recipes section not really relevant for me. So 4/5 for that one.
All in all, I think it's a good effort, especially "Done witt Binge"

Pretty good
Having been locked in a cycle of overeating, I have, like so many people, shamed myself. I already tried a number of lifestyle changes but they took me nowhere. I still ended up thinking about my favorite process foods and how they’ll satisfy me. Luckily, I found this guide and it provided me the proper way out.
