I guess I was hoping for a more detailed summary but it is a good summary nonetheless. Summaries like these are great for a quick reference or refresher, whenever required!

I had read the book a couple of years ago and was on the Keto regimen for over a year before I fell off it and started eating a low but not very-low carb diet. 12 extra pounds and a significant rise in BP convinced me to go back to Keto for my health. This summary is a motivating listen.

Was expecting to have a good understanding of the book. Narrator was good but content was poor. Ex: chapter 15 summary -10 good pearls of knowledge for low carb diet. The end. Fails to mention the 10 pearls just announces that they are there. Don’t waste your time with this one.

barely discussed any pertinent details or key takeaways and was a complete waste of money. Summay was basically platitudes that could have been stated without actually reading the book.

I thought I was purchasing the full book. This is a completely awful misrepresentation.
