Easy to follow & great content
I’m excited about this book and the potential that it has for my own company and the work that I do. Needed for every business
I was watching a video on YouTube and this lady (sorry, I can’t remember who she was) was saying this book changed her company. I have always wanted to figure out how to improve personally and business-wise. I’ve just finished listening to it and now I want to get the book. The author does say in the beginning to listen to the whole thing before implementing anything, which I now believe to be true. I hope this helps.

Finally!!
it was quite a while since I was looking for a simple and straightforward SYSTEM for SYSTEMISING my business. Matter of fact since I read The E-Myth first time.
David Jenyns managed to finally satisfy my very fussy taste in simplification by writing this book. like Allan Dib the author of "The 1-Page Marketing Plan" said, it's a category killer and I believe you should definitely read it and more importantly implement it.

Outstanding content - very specific and actionable.
A great listen for any enterpreneur out there and also a great way of thinking to build for yourself.
I recommend the book wholeheartedly - read it and apply it! It will transform your business.
I'd done a lot of the things that are mentioned here and have been able to move from "The Sun Leader" - a.k.a. the guy who needs to do everything and be everywhere, to running my business from another city with a out 3-4 hours a day while the business keeps growing every year!
