Great book to understand SOPs for business
Great book to understand SOPs for business also ended up ordering the paperback book to be able to write notes and go back to it. I think having a manual/ handbook would be great.

One of the most important books to listen to (as a business owner)
This book has a permanent placement on my audio shelf, along with the likes of Blue Ocean and HTWF&IP. Creating a playbook and learning to actually delegate is as a building block of scaling that cannot be ignored (but there is rarely good material for). Will definitely be listening to this book again. To the author, you have done a great job

Doesn't live up to the book title
I tried to give this book a chance but there are better books that genuinely gives you "The Business Playbook". This seems to be the author's business playbook to advertise his software. Way too much mention of it on this book.
