This goes far beyond improving balance

I absolutely love this - these exercises are easy to do and they can help you improve far more than your balance. These can help improve your strength and flexibility, which is something we all eventually struggle with as we age. Great exercises to improve balance!!!

I loved this book! It was so interesting to discover the history of these ancient practices and I love how the author provided a ton of exercises both standing and sitting for all mobility levels. The exercises are broken down so you can follow along with ease and I after doing them just a few minutes each day I feel like my strength, balance, and mobility and mood have improved!!!! Highly recommend! Great book that makes a great gift!
