Awesome affirmation book!
With motherhood comes stress and anxiety that isn't always obvious to combat.
This audiobook has such a soothing tone - the affirmations are motivating and calming, while maintaining the engagement of the book throughout. It is such a peaceful exercise to take a moment to go through this book and just take a breath for a change.

Empowering!
These are the words every new mom needs to keep hearing! In those early days of motherhood, there is SO much self-doubt. I still can't believe they let us leave the hospital after a few days with this new little helpless creature! How am I supposed to know what to do? Will I have what it takes to provide the best care I'm able? Throw in some sleepless nights and my anxiety is through the roof! Such an audio book is just what new moms need. Words to focus on. Reminders of her ability. Gift this to every new mom you know, it's perfect to listen to during those middle of the night feedings!

Wonderful Audiobook!
These affirmations are great for a new mom, and I wish they existed when I had children. Any mother who has just given birth or is raising a child would benefit from this audiobook. The mother will be able to promote health and healing, relieve the stress associated with raising a family, and keep up with all family demands. This audiobook is a book I would recommend to any mother or even a father.

Affirmation to better parenting experience
Being a new mom is one of the best but most stressful experience for many women--the lack of sleep, the changes in hormones and body, and the new responsibility of parenting. Sometimes it helps to fill your ears and mind with positive and uplifting words so you have the emotional strength to face the challenges of parenthood. This is where this affirmation book comes in. Incredibly relaxing listen 😘
When listening to affirmations, the narrator's voice and the ambient music choices need to be spot on - and this audiobook nailed it on both counts! New moms everywhere will absolutely love this, and if they don't know that they need it - they do. Perfect to plug into while baby is napping and you grab some rest, or even if you have to do the inevitable chores whilst baby is sleeping, I highly recommend putting this on in the background. Much less anxiety-inducing than having the TV droning on! A little bit of self-care is essential for all moms, and this book delivers just that. It would also be great to listen to when falling asleep, especially if older toddlers prevent you from napping when your baby does. As the book says - you are enough, and we all need to be reminded of that. I highly recommend this book.
