Here is what I have learned.

I'm 41 and am doing it all wrong.
have been single all my life so the sex isn't there. Doesn't help me.
Keep the boys cold. I work outside all day long in the heat which does not help
Eat more carbs. I am pre diabetic so I am avoiding that.

All men to read this book.

Was skeptical when I got the book but the more I read the more interesting it got. I definitely recommend all men to read this book and must follow the action plan.

It is highly recommended!

Overall though, very awesome cookbook, and what's so great about it is that it's all based on the science of hormonal health, and the recipes support hormonal functioning and testosterone (especially if you're a guy). Can't wait to make more of these recipes!

Needs work

In one place they say stay away from omega fatty acids and then in another place they say you need omega fatty acids. They also have some editorial issues to work out. Somethings are repeated multiple times.

Use it as a refrence with the given Action Plan.

This book is a great reference as far as things to watch out for to keep a healthy Test level: avoid soy plastic etc... Thank you Freddie Masterson for this book. The author is competent on its topic.

What a beautiful and beneficial listen!

This is an awesome listen! This is an quick listen that puts much of the current research into an easy to digest package. I've listen this information in other places, but this audiobook lays it out clearly and cleanly, making it a simple process to follow and implement. Highly recommended.

Repetitive

This audible is extremely repetitive. If you’re looking to find out what foods boost your testosterone than you can just Google it. If you don’t have the time and want to hear someone repeat what your testosterone levels should be at in every chapter than this is the book for you. Double up on your “tuna & meat (venison)”.

However, it is factual and it does provide you with helpful information, again and I repeat just super repetitive.

Fantastic cookbook.

This is a fantastic cookbook... Beautifully put together with incredible pictures, and the recipes aren't so complicated you need a culinary degree to make. Great range of food too! Has everything from steaks to burgers to seafood to pancakes.

He said everything was bland.

When his testosterone returned it was as if the world returned to color again. Now imagine if your T-Levels were at the point they should be (they are likely low) how much more drive and passion would you have in life? Not just sexually. This book explains all this in depth and provides practical tips to boost your testosterone. I would give this book a shot, but also go see a doctor that specializes in this area.
