Not bad for what it is

This is a YA book. Simple and straightforward with just enough character and world building to keep it down on falling completely flat but no more.

Suddenly the author just quits writing.

I can’t give this peace of a book more than 2 stars for the story because it just stops like someone tore the book in half.
I will keep buying the next peace of a book from him because it is well written and the characters are interesting. I wish he would be honest and charge me the 5 or 6 credits he really wants up front.

more emotional reading needed

awesome book. Narration was dull. Story would have been so much more enjoyable if the narrator adding feeling to his reading.

I'm a fan BUT

I have enjoyed reading this the book by Mr Wisher
BUT. I got the feeling that this was a book with no end. You had to go to the next book to hear what was going to happen nothing came to a conclusion

Perhaps it’s for young kids?

Story is like drinking tap water. It it’s fine if your thirsty enough. But it’s not cool or refreshing. Characters are one dimensional and completely obtuse. Quite a few contradictions in the plot and character development. It’s disappointing because there’s a lot of potential. Could be great but isn’t. Author seems talented but it’s like he isn’t invested. Just turn and burn to the next deadline and pay check.

Worst work of this author

I’ve read several books of this author, so I thought this one would be as good as the others, but it really isn’t worth it to read. Nothing happens until the very end of the book

Money grab

The story is Well written But formulaic at best. To make matters worse, the author Seems to have decided That 1 book for the price of 2 was the way to go here. This would be undesirable even if the books were excellent. Unfortunately the they aren't that good to begin with. As a rule, I would continue the series anyway, But I don't feel that such blatant greed should be rewarded. Personally, Until such time as the author decides to put out some publisher packs , I am pretty much done with this series. Bloody shame Since the narrator is the best part of this series and deserved better from the Author. Will Wight he ain't.
