I love this book very much.

This is a great book for someone Interested in trying the Carnivore diet. This book is a finished tenderfoot guide for the flesh eater diet. This book is composed all around pleasantly and is straightforward.

Interesting to listen

I am really impressed with this Carnivore Diet book. This Meat Eating Diet Guide with Recipes is a must-read for anyone. This is a great book to listen to Ripped and Lose Fat Quick. Very informative and practical. Highly recommended.

Good

Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion, great recipes... lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

Five Stars

These essays are a great contemplation on how we interact with food. This is not some screed focused on a diet on solely consuming meat, but rather discusses how we do and should relate with our food. And the writing is very accessible. If you like to eat, I could not recommend more!

Great book !

This is a decent book for someone fascinated by trying the Carnivore diet. The author will a decent job explaining what the diet is, the history, and even includes a counseled diet arrange that is useful. a demand scan book for you.

Good diet for meat lovers.

From this book, I learned detailed information about the Carnivore Diet, about what nutritional principles work here, and what products should be avoided. Useful for me were tips for properly maintaining this diet. I liked some of the recipes from the book. In general, the book is useful for meat lovers.

This is an absolute necessity perused for anybody considering the meat eater diet.
