Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion, great recipes... lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

From this book, I learned detailed information about the Carnivore Diet, about what nutritional principles work here, and what products should be avoided.
