If you're looking for a book that will help change your lifestyle and preconceived notions of what's right or wrong for your body and diet - I highly recommend this book! The author really dives into her experience, which really makes this book an asset, you feel less alone, like she's with you having a conversation. This book is an incredible resource guide to understanding more then the average health specialist or nutritionist will tell you!! Incredible! Highly recommended

Great Resource
If you are interested in taking on the Ketogenic diet then this book is for you! It is an all-in-one guide to this diet providing the reader with worksheets, food charts, and even recipes.
