Just what I needed
I have been clean eating for a while but I’ve gotten in a slump. This looks like a good next phase for me and my busy lifestyle, intermittent fasting will make it so much easier, and keto shows me what to eat, time to watch the weight fall off!

I Lost 20 pounds intermittent fasting
A good guide that contains information that could save you from making mistakes and giving up the ketogenic diet before its effects take place. I learned a lot, and while I have never done the keto diet, the intermittent fasting described in the book helped me lose about 20 pounds in 2 months. He provides a very good list of easy recipes made for your health. Its a well organized book and contains is a good resource for anyone looking to start keto or intermittent fasting, especially if they plan to work out.
