Solid Information

The introduction was a bit lengthy & I recommend skipping to about 26 minuets.

Narration was OK & got better as the book progressed.

I already do some of the techniques mentioned & I can tell you they work.

this can be life-changing

most of the book has little to do with procrastination, it's more focused in practical ways of achieving happiness and meaning, many of them are well known but it's nice to have all of them together and it can be life changing for someone who don't know them.

No fluff

The book is short, effective and actionable. l will be listening again to soak in as much as I can. The book definitely distills and clarifies much of the advice you find in other self-help titles.
