I have had long covid over two years with MCAS and Pots Syndrome and this is an excellent resource for those who want to understand Long Covid as best we can. I learned great tips on how to manage the disease as well as future treatments (I am in the Paxlovid one currently) I highly recommend this book. I have Long Covid so for me the audio version was better due to my symptoms.

Gez, a long hauler himself, combined a huge amount of material into this book. This handbook can be a very useful tool to get a snapshot of relevant research and existing treatment options.

Long awaited book did not disappoint

The author speaks a big game about science, but in the next breath is telling anecdotal stories and dismissing one of the most proven treatments for long COVID. Waste of time.
