This book was so wonderful and gave so much insight into long covid. It gave me a sense of community and made me feel less alone in my own experiences with long covid. I loved the narrators and it was a great listen. I love how personal this book was and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

This book helped me immensely. I've been struggling with Long Covid since early August 2023 and it has gotten worse lately. This book, largely written from the experiences of other sufferers, explained the symptoms and offered practical advice that truly helps. It made me feel less alone and offered communication access to others in a network I plan to begin participation with soon. Everyone that experienced the pandemic understands the isolation we all experienced, whether we caught the disease or not. But having it last well beyond that initial time gives new meaning to the term "isolation" that most won't appreciate without a Guide like this one. The"long" version is truly an "invisible" disease for those still experiencing it. We're still struggling out of sight in our homes, many permanently disabled, feeling forgotten. I highly recommend this book for those having this condition, those that care for them and anyone having someone in their life still suffering. Don't forget about us, we need you now more than ever.

Extremely validating book
